Tagtraum is a UK-based jewellery business run by Victoria Twal as a sole trader. Tagtraum is responsible for personal information shared through tagtraum.co. Questions can be sent to info@tagtraum.co.

Information collected

• Name, email, delivery and billing address, and phone number when an order is placed

• Details shared by email, such as ring sizes or bespoke requests

• Email address, if signed up to the newsletter

• Basic browsing data, such as pages visited and device type, collected through cookies

Full card details are never seen or stored by Tagtraum. Payments are processed securely by Squarespace.

How it is used

• To make, ship and deliver orders, and to handle returns and resizes

• To respond to enquiries

• To keep financial records as required by law

• To send news about Tagtraum, only with consent. Unsubscribing is possible at any time.

• To understand how the site is used and improve it

Who it is shared with
Information is shared only with the services needed to run the shop:

• Squarespace, which hosts the website, checkout and processes payments

• Royal Mail, which delivers orders

• Customs authorities, for international orders

Some of these providers store data outside the UK, using safeguards approved under UK law. Personal data is never sold.

How long it is kept
Order records are kept for six years, as required by HMRC. Other information is deleted once it is no longer needed. Newsletter details are kept until unsubscribing.

Your rights
